In my work, I combine solution-focused and systemic practices with principles of linguistic philosophy and aspects of applied ethics. The combination of these perspectives leads to approaches that can be used effectively and practically in the threefold process of developing strategies, structures and culture.
I create environments for reflection, development and transformation processes in such a way that it invites you to strengthen your resources, take personal responsibility, discover new horizons and unlock opportunities for action and new potential.
All the different aspects can be addressed in a variety of settings: in workshops, coaching sessions, discussions, seminars or training sessions, or through assistance with specific processes or as selec-tive support.
Background Clear, in-depth and vibrant: combining theory and practice
I’ve been working as a self-employed business economist, systems consultant, coach, lecturer and author in Europe and Latin America since 2009. Prior to that, I worked as an executive and project manager at various hierarchical levels in financial controlling, corporate development and internal auditing.
Among other things, I hold a Master in Applied Ethics (Advanced Studies), and I am currently studying philosophy at the University of Zurich. Click here for a detailed CV
